Cwmbran-based telecommunications provider, RPS Technology Solutions, received the title ‘Highly Commended’ in the ITSPA 2018 Best Business ITSP (up to £2m) award.

ITSPA – the Internet Telephony Services Providers’ Association – are a UK wide membership-led organisation that represents companies who provide business and residential customers with voice services over data networks (VoIP) and various other services.

The membership is a mixture of network operators, service providers, resellers, suppliers and consultants involved in a sector that is diversifying rapidly from just voice services to other innovative IP applications.

Based in Cwmbran but working with clients across the UK, RPS is very much at the forefront of the industry’s diversification and are able to supply telecom solutions for companies of varying sizes, from just one phone to over 100 users including call centre solutions.

A large proportion of the company’s clients come to them through recommendation and RPS pride themselves on their impeccable customer service records. Therefore, being recognised as ‘Highly Commended’ by ITSPA was a fantastic confirmation for the team of their success and continued hard work.

    Ron Griffiths, Managing Director, said:

“We pride ourselves on being able to produce a fully bespoke system to suit our client’s needs. We’re dedicated to ensuring that every customer is completely happy with their system and service. Receiving the recognition that we have at the ITSPA awards is a huge honour, it has confirmed that we continue to provide the highest quality service to our clients in a period of rapid change within the technological industry.  It’s extremely exciting for our team!”.
