South Wales Police have renewed their appeal to trace a man wanted in connection with the murder of a teenager in Cardiff more than 16 years ago.
The charity Crimestoppers has also renewed a reward of up to £10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Mohammed Ali Ege, who remains wanted over the murder of 17-year-old Aamir Siddiqi.
Aamir died at his home in Ninian Road, Roath, on April 11, 2010, after suffering multiple stab wounds.

Although two men have since been convicted of Aamir’s murder and continue to serve life sentences, detectives say they remain committed to tracing Ege.
Ege, now aged 46, fled to India before he could be arrested in connection with the case. He was later arrested in India in 2013, however while awaiting extradition to the UK in 2017, he escaped from custody.
Police say his current whereabouts remain unknown, but arrangements are in place to ensure South Wales Police would be notified immediately if he is arrested anywhere in the world.
Ege remains featured on the Crimestoppers ‘Most Wanted’ website, where further details about the reward can be found.
South Wales Police said: “We would ask anyone who has information about his whereabouts to please get in touch – for Aamir’s family who have always acted with such dignity throughout.”
Only information passed directly to the charity anonymously will qualify for the reward.
Information can be provided through the anonymous online form at Crimestoppers or by calling freephone 0800 555 111.
The charity, which operates independently from the police, says it guarantees complete anonymity. It added that when using the online form, IP addresses are scrambled, masked and never tracked, while no personal details including names, phone numbers or email addresses are collected.
