Commercial cleaning company Mrs Buckét has become the second company in Wales to be awarded the Insight6 CX Excellence Mark.

The mark is awarded through the Insight6 CX Excellence Recognition Scheme. Bluestone was the first Welsh company to achieve the award earlier this year.

Mrs Buckét, founded by Rachael Flanagan 21 years ago, was recognised for the standards and commitment to customer experience required to achieve the mark. The company reported a 30% increase in business performance throughout 2025 and secured 30 new clients across multiple sectors.

Insight6 is a customer experience specialist with a team covering the UK and Ireland, working with more than 1,000 businesses.

Mel Evans, Director of Insight6 South Wales, said: “I’m incredibly proud to award Mrs Buckét with the CX Excellence Mark. They have demonstrated everything that is needed to achieve this recognition, showing a genuine commitment to listening to their customers, investing in their people and continually looking for ways to improve the experience they provide.

“It is fantastic to see a Welsh business putting customer experience so firmly at the heart of what it does, and Mrs Buckét is a brilliant example of how high standards can become part of a company’s everyday culture.”

Kate Ablett, Managing Director of Mrs Buckét, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to receive the Insight6 CX Excellence Mark and incredibly proud to be only the second company in Wales to achieve it.

“For us, customer experience has never been about simply meeting expectations. It’s about listening, understanding what our customers need and making sure our teams have the support and tools to deliver an exceptional service every single day.

“This recognition is a fantastic validation of the hard work of our entire team and the relationships we have built with our customers. We’re extremely happy to receive the mark and will continue to challenge ourselves to raise the bar even further.”
