Principality Building Society’s intermediaries division has made a key appointment to support its growing broker network in the North West.

    Naomi Joseph

Naomi Joseph, who joins the Society as a business development manager, brings with her over 17 years’ experience in the mortgage market. This includes previous roles with Lloyds Bank as a branch adviser and working as a new build mortgage broker for Meridian Mortgages.

Naomi’s role will ensure brokers receive a positive and supportive relationship with the UK’s sixth largest building society.

There are currently 14 business development managers at the Society assisting the broker network throughout England and Wales. Principality offers residential, holiday and buy to let mortgages as well as mortgages to support the first time buyer market such as Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor and Help to Buy.

Helen Lewis, National Account Manager, Principality Building Society said:

‘’Naomi brings with her a strong background in financial services including having worked as a mortgage broker for the previous seven years, which will enable her to give our valued brokers the best possible support and service.’’

    Naomi said:

‘’I’m delighted to have joined the Intermediaries team at Principality. My key priority will be to build strong relationships with brokers in the North West, sharing the Principality proposition in that region”.
