The final homes are being released for sale at Bellway’s Greystone Meadows in Undy, as work nears the last stages at the development.

There are now just five homes remaining available to reserve at the development, off Pankhurst Drive, where six reservations were taken in March alone.

The last homes to buy are all four-bedroom Wenvoe detached houses, with prices starting from £469,995 to £486,995.

Bellway is delivering 144 homes at Greystone Meadows, including 108 two, three and four-bedroom properties for private sale and 36 affordable homes available for rent or shared ownership.

Carly Maidment, Sales Manager for Bellway Wales, said: “With the development at Greystone Meadows nearing the last stages, this is the final chance to buy a Bellway home in this area.

“We’re very proud of the work that has gone into the high-quality new homes at this highly desirable development, as well as delivering the customer service that people rightly expect.

“Indeed, purchasers here have been keen to enjoy the peace of mind which comes from buying with a five-star rated housebuilder, which means that more than 90 per cent of our customers would recommend us to a friend.

“We’re expecting the final new releases to generate a lot of interest, including the soon to be released Wye showhome. This well-designed and immaculately styled four-bedroom detached house has been really popular with visitors.

“This semi-rural location is also ideal for a range of buyers, with village facilities and countryside both on the doorstep.”
