Nominations for the 2026 Sport Pembrokeshire Awards close on Sunday, October 11, and residents are being encouraged to put forward the athletes, teams, coaches, organisers and volunteers who have made a difference in Pembrokeshire sport over the past year.
The awards, which are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, will return to Folly Farm on Friday, November 27, to recognise sporting achievement and dedication across the county.
They cover success both on and off the field, recognising sporting excellence as well as the commitment of those who help grassroots sport thrive.
This year’s categories are Coach of the Year, Female Sporting Achievement, Male Sporting Achievement, Boys (U16) Sporting Achievement, Girls (U16) Sporting Achievement, Disability Sport Award, Junior (U16) Disability Sport Award, Unsung Hero, Club Organiser of the Year, Team Achievement of the Year, Junior (U16) Team Achievement of the Year, Young Volunteer of the Year, Club of the Year and Lifetime Achievement.
An additional Schools Award will be presented on the night, recognising a local school that makes sport and physical activity fun, inclusive and innovative while forging strong links with the local community.
