It is not often I pick up a book and feel the urge to write about it. The Fabulous Lost & Found is a children’s book written by Mark Pallis and printed by NEU Westend Press. Aimed at children aged 2-7 years, this book tells the story about a little mouse, who has lost his hat. The little mouse visits a yellow building that is full of lost items. I’ve visited as a child and now as an adult with my own children. Set in 850 acres, there is a huge vast amount of space to walk, ride and explore. Thanks to the National Museum Cardiff for the tickets in exchange for this review. This year’s festive film screening saw the Christmas classic ‘The Snowman’ shown at the National Museum Cardiff on 14th & 15th December. The film screening is one of many special events that the museum is hosting in the Reardon Smith Lecture Theatre. However, I must say that this is more of an experience than a simple film showing.
