South Wales Police is continuing to investigate serious disorder which happened in the Ely area of Cardiff on Monday, May 22. The disorder followed a fatal road traffic collision in Snowden Road, Ely, which tragically claimed the lives of best friends Kyrees Sullivan and Harvey Evans. The families continue to be supported by family liaison officers. In relation to the disorder, nine people have now been arrested. 2023 marks 15 years since the official opening of the Ceredigion Coast Path. A series of Coast Path circular walks have already been created to mark the anniversary and are available on the Council’s website, with one per week being promoted on our social media channels up until the Autumn. Two Mid Wales attractions are combining to offer an exciting adventure package based on the region’s rich lead and silver mining heritage. The SA1 Waterfront will again take centre stage as the world’s best paratriathletes race in Swansea this summer when the World Triathlon Para Series returns to the city on Saturday, July 15.
