South Wales Police have arrested three men following a pursuit in Cardiff on Monday night. The incident began when the driver of a car failed to stop for officers on Clifton Street in Cardiff. Officers engaged in a pursuit to protect the public, bringing the incident to a safe resolution on Newport Road in Rumney.
