Renowned Welsh artist Bryn Richards is celebrating his 100th birthday with an auction of his paintings on 24 May, with proceeds going to City Hospice. Born in Roath, Bryn has had a colourful life over the past century, starting his artistic journey at the Cardiff School of Art, before joining the Royal Navy and serving in Scotland, Sri Lanka and New Zealand. Research from Grant Thornton UK LLP’s latest Business Outlook Tracker research, which looks specifically at 370 leaders of businesses with a supply chain, shows that over half (52%) are finding it harder to operate their business today, compared to 12 months ago.
