The Welsh Government has launched the new Help to Buy Wales Scheme (phase 3) which will continue to offer vital support to home buyers in Wales. The current scheme (phase 2) will close to new applications on 31st March 2021 at 5pm with the new phase starting on 1st April for 12 months. A young Swansea-based artist has been chosen to produce a celebratory wall mural for Viscose Closures to mark its seventieth year in the Welsh city. Hope Rescue received 3,085 votes from the Welsh public, fighting off 22 other charities to join Loteri Cymru’s charity roster. Apprentice Connor Paskell’s career has taken off since joining British Airways Avionic Engineering (BAAE) in Llantrisant. Connor, 21, who lives in Llantrisant, was determined to pursue a career in engineering, but having failed to find a suitable opportunity began working in a children’s day nursery.
