The attraction, located on the fourth floor of Newtown’s Royal Welsh Warehouse, Pryce Jones Building, reopened in July following a four-month lockdown due to COVID-19 restrictions. A 109-hectare grassland farm on Anglesey is the largest to hit the market on the Island since 2016. It is a rare opportunity and one…

Essential maintenance work to strengthen the bridges on the A55 at junction 27 is now underway. A recent report by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) has revealed the crucial role that accountancy firms have had in enabling SMEs to stay afloat during the pandemic and the continued support they will provide in a post-Covid world. In its most recent report, Responsible Practice Pacesetters, which surveys almost 50 global SMP (small medium-sized practice) leaders, ACCA found how regional accountancy firms, including those in North Wales, have acted as a safety net for SMEs and microenterprises trying to rebuild and steer their way through mandatory lockdown measures. Without immediate help, new Welsh Government rules will lead to thousands more jobs losses and usher in the collapse of the hospitality sector in Wales, warns WIRC. “The First Minister’s statement last night urging people to avoid non-essential travel will be the final nail in the coffin for many pubs, restaurants and cafes in Wales if it is effectively tells the public not to visit hospitality venues outside of their immediate area – there is simply no way the industry can survive if that advice is widely followed. The First Minister must clarify that this was not his intention and…
