Tesco closed its St Mellons superstore following a medical emergency earlier yesterday evening. The store was temporarily closed and emergency services attended yesterday after a customer became unwell. The store has since reopened this morning. In a customer announcement, a spokesperson for Tesco said that the store was suddenly closing and that it would not reopen for the remainder of the day: “Due to an incident in store we will not be reopening today. A FORMER college student will turn teacher after being inspired to pursue a career in education by her lecturers. Amber Maddocks was a learner in Animal Care and Management at Coleg Cambria Llysfasi and had planned to go on and work in the sector. WORK to prepare land in one of Cardiff’s most sought-after neighbourhoods for luxurious new homes is now underway. Magor-based Edenstone Homes has acquired a four acre site, south of Lisvane Road. A social enterprise has announced ambitious plans to build nearly 350 carbon zero homes after clinching a five-year deal with the company that developed them. Creating Enterprise have signed a contract with Beattie Passive giving them exclusive rights to their pioneering Passivhaus build system in North Wales until 2025.
