To celebrate St David’s Day, five exclusive limited-edition custom mini figures of Welsh legends made from Lego went on sale. They were only available to purchase on the 1st March exclusively at St David’s shopping centre, with all proceeds from the collection will be donated to Welsh charities. A shock new report that reveals that almost a quarter of street drugs are not what users think they are has prompted a police boss to renew his call for urgent reforms to prevent more drug-related deaths. North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner Arfon Jones said the study that was published British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology underlined the need for drugs to be regulated. Mr Jones, a former police inspector, is writing a letter to the Ministry of Justice asking the Government look at the matter again. South Wales Police is appealing for information after a serious road traffic collision on the A4226 Barry at 2.30am this morning. A pedestrian was in collision with a vehicle. The road is currently closed between the Travelodge Hotel to the roundabout where the A4226 meets Port Road.
