The Cameo Club has confirmed it will shut its Pontcanna venue at the end of 2019. The members-only club, which has operated in its current venue for more than 20 years has announced it only has a few more days of trading. The man who died following a collision on Christmas Day has been named as Darran Peter Fellowes. The collision happened at approximately 5pm on the northbound carriageway of the A465 near to the Aberdulais junction. A black Toyota Aygo collided with a red VW Beetle and Mr Fellowes, 48, from Skewen. Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the father-of-two died at the scene.
