The family of a woman, who died following a road incident in Whitchurch at the weekend, have issued a tribute. At around 5.20pm on Saturday, emergency services were called to Merthyr Road following reports of an incident involving a pedestrian and a South Wales Police van. Winifred Greaves, 93, was taken to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, where she died.
