Swansea city centre traders are being given an extra boost ahead of Small Business Saturday, on Saturday 1 December, thanks to a free parking offer at The Quadrant car park and St David’s Multi Storey car park, aimed at bringing more shoppers and visitors onto the city centre. Community recycling groups across Wales have welcomed a £5.4m ‘shot in the arm’ from Welsh Government.
