Talented butchers across Wales are sharpening their knives as they prepare to put their skills to the test in the nation’s top butchery competition at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair in Builth Wells next month. Cardiff-based Orbis Education and Care has bought its first school and residential home in England in a multi-million-pound deal. A previously nervous and anxious teenager has “come out of his shell” thanks to support from the Prince’s Trust and training provider The People Business-Wales.
