Cavendish, which has offices in Chester, Ruthin and Mold, has purchased the lettings arm of Connah’s Quay-based Keystone Property and Mortgage Centre. A man from Swansea has been jailed after he pleaded guilty to three counts of rape and other offences involving four female victims. 28-year-old Jamil Ahmed, from Clydach, raped one of the victims after making threats of violence should she not have complied with his wishes. Ahmed changed his plea for one count each of rape and controlling and coercive behaviour from not guilty to guilty in July. A multi-agency warning of the dangers of jumping at Tenby Harbour is being issued following the increased impact on services earlier this month. Earlier this month, large groups gathered at the harbour to jump into the sea, leading to two young people suffering broken bones.
