Welsh law firm, Berry Smith, is celebrating the success of its commercial property team, which has recently been shortlisted for the third time in the Property Law Firm of the Year Award category as part of the Insider Wales Property Awards, set to take place on 13 June.
Led by partners Martin Pursall and Chris Jones plus consultant Roger Berry, the commercial property department has a total of 15 team members. Berry Smith has sustained its success by continuing to develop its relationships with local banks and financial institutions including Principality Commercial and the Development Bank of Wales. It has also seen a significant increase in work relating to the National Procurement Service Legal Services Framework Agreement for public sector work advising Welsh Government, various local authorities and other public sector organisations on property matters.
Established in 2015, the Insider Wales Property Awards is set to bring together and recognise some of the leading names in Welsh property at its sold-out ceremony this June.
