A leading Cardiff law has welcomed three new members of staff, one to each of its property departments.

The appointments cement the firm’s commitment to growth through the introduction of a new Specialist Property Department and in delivering first-class services to its clients.

Katherine Soliban joins the established Site Department.  Born in the Philippines and raised in Austria, Katherine graduated in Law and Human Rights at Aberyswyth University. Having spent time working in the field of human rights as an intern in Vienna, Katherine relocated to Cardiff five years ago and worked in commercial property before joining Robertsons.

Georgia Bedgood graduated in Law at Liverpool John Moores just this year and is now based within the firm’s newly-formed Specialist Property Department which focuses on new build, high value, and agricultural property sale and purchase.

Relocating from North Wales earlier this year, Ben Urquhart is an MSc graduate in Law and Business Management now working with the busy Residential Conveyancing Department.

“I’m delighted to have joined the Robertsons ResCon team. I’m working on cases from initial instruction through to registering property through to completion. The whole gambit! It’s great to be a part of such an established firm yet be a part of such exciting growth!”
