Commercial law firm Darwin Gray has announced three new partner promotions as it enters its 25th year. This exciting announcement comes during a period of continued significant growth for the firm.

Darwin Gray has recently seen a 40% growth in staff numbers in all its service areas and across its legal teams and support functions. The growth has been seen throughout both its Cardiff and Bangor offices, which have both doubled in size.

Following the promotions of two partners in 2025, this latest announcement brings the number of partners at Darwin Gray to 13. The newly promoted partners are Siobhan Williams, Siôn Fôn and Oliver Morris.

A vital member of the corporate and commercial team, Siobhan joined the firm in 2014 as a trainee solicitor, following in the footprints of a number of Darwin Gray partners who have grown and developed within the firm from trainee to partner.

Siôn joined Darwin Gray in 2019 with expertise spanning a wide range of litigation including commercial and property disputes. Based in north Wales, Siôn heads up the firm’s Bangor office and is integral to driving its north Wales ambitions.

Oliver joined the firm as a senior associate in 2021 and is a key member of the firm’s award-winning property team. He regularly works with the corporate and commercial team, advising on the commercial property aspects of M&A deals.

Darwin Gray’s Managing Partner, Fflur Jones said: ““We are delighted to welcome Siobhan, Siôn and Oliver to the partnership to help us drive the firm forward. 2026 will be another transformative year for Darwin Gray, as we invest in new technology to support our teams and enhance our client experience, as well as our brand. We are also working hard on our post 2027 strategy, and these new Partners will have an integral part to play in the delivery of that strategy.

Every person at Darwin Gray plays a fundamental role in our success and we are thrilled to be able to continue nurturing our homegrown talent and reward hard work and dedication.

“We also have a number of events and initiatives planned in north Wales this year, which will drive forward our ambitions for supporting business and organisations based there.”
