    The Botanist, an award-winning bar and restaurant brand, will be opening its 20th venue to all next week.

    Unit 5-10. The Botanist. Church St, Cardiff. CF10 1BG

    After much excited anticipation, guests are welcome to explore The Botanist Cardiff’s secret escape in the city, where every visit is set to be a wondrous occasion.

    The venue itself will be double the size of the 4 restaurants underneath combined. On the first floor, you’ll find the main bar, including a band stand for live music, along with the main restaurant space.

    The upstairs will have a secondary bar plus a big roof terrace.

    There is plenty of space at The Botanist Cardiff, with its signature seating leading through to the terrace. There is going to be extremely popular in the summer months.

    There is even a fire pit area to keep you warm while sipping your freshly made cocktails.

    Alex Budge, General Manager of The Botanist Cardiff said: “Our beautiful new venue, located on Church Street, has blossomed into a wondrous world of botanicals, ready for our opening on Monday 10th February. The space brings together the best elements of the traditional pub; reinvented for Cardiff with its botanical twist and breath-taking interiors. We’re so excited to open and the team can’t wait to welcome Cardiff to enjoy a new experience!”

    What to expect

    Expect to enjoy a vibrant selection of dishes inspired by the deli, rotisserie and grill. They will also be offering Vegan and dairy-free options for guests too! On the food menu you’ll find their signature Hanging Kebabs™, seriously good sharers like Whole Baked Camembert, delicious mains like Vegan Moving Mountains burger or beef stew, plus a selection of desserts like their infamous Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

    Cocktail and gin-fans rejoice! They will have an extensive selection of botanical-inspired cocktails, perfect serve gins, ales, ciders and wines for your drinking pleasure.

    When will The Botanist Cardiff open?

    • The Botanist Cardiff opens on Monday 10th February at midday.
