Kier Living has planning permission approved for their upcoming Parish Reach development in Lisvane.

Building on the success of their Caerwent Gardens, Dinas Powys, and Urban Quarter, Bristol, developments, Kier Living are preparing to start work on their new Lisvane development of 270 new 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes, with an all-inclusive, unrivalled, specification.

Work is expected to start on the site in late January on the first phase, with 3 and 4 bedroom show homes opening in the summer. It’s anticipated the first completions will follow shortly after.

A range of schemes will also be available at the Lisvane site to assist homebuyers with their purchase, including the Welsh Government backed Help to Buy Wales scheme and the Kier Living Part Exchange scheme.

Jayne Greenslade, Sales Director at Kier Living Wales & West, said: “Whether you’re a first-time buyer taking advantage of Help to Buy Wales, moving up to a bigger home and benefitting from Part Exchange, or just looking for your forever home, Parish Reach is ideal for young professionals, downsizers and growing families alike.”

The development, situated off St Mellons Road, Lisvane, boasts a variety of homes to choose from, all of the highest specification including chrome sockets, chrome downlighters to the kitchen, bathroom and en-suite, USB sockets in every room, integrated appliances and fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom. Larger style properties come complete with bi-fold doors to name just a few.
