Mermaid Quay is turning up the heat this summer with a series of live music events taking place throughout the month of August.

Summer Sessions will see live DJ’s take over the waterfront at sunset, providing the perfect place to relax, enjoy some cold drinks, and soak in the summer atmosphere.

The sessions will kick off on Friday 4th August, and will be on every Friday and Saturday through to the 19th August with a fantastic line up of local talent including:

    • Friday 4th Aug
      • 5pm to 9pm – DJ Hilly
    • Saturday 5th August
      • 5pm to 9pm – DJ Craigy
    • Friday 11th August
      • 5pm to 9pm Jimmy Love
    • Saturday 12th August
      • 5pm to 9pm – DJ Craigy
    • Friday 18th August
      • 5pm to 7pm Roughion (dj)
      • 7pm to 9pm Hollie Profit
    • Saturday 19th August
      • 5pm to 9pm – DJ Craigy

Summer sessions are child and dog friendly, so whether you’re looking to enjoy a few hours in the evening sunshine with the family, or you’re looking to have a few relaxed drinks before heading into town for your big night out, Mermaid Quay has you covered.

Becky Jones, Marketing Manager at Mermaid Quay said: “We are delighted to be able to host Summer Sessions at Mermaid Quay this August. Our waterfront is the perfect place to relax on a summer evening, and with our lineup of live DJ’s and a cold drink in hand, we couldn’t think of anywhere better to celebrate Summer!”
