This month marks the launch of Rhino Contract Services which will create 100 new jobs in Cardiff. The company will be assisting businesses with outsourcing support and virtual contact centre teams.

Based in The Maltings, Cardiff, Rhino Contract Services has been formed by Sian Pryce and Mark Cann; both of whom have extensive experience in guiding businesses to sustainable growth through lead-generation, plus new and repeat sales.

With a wealth of experience working with SMEs through to larger corporations, the team will permit businesses to outsource total customer contact management, new business sales generation, data targeting and call overflow management to name a few.

“Our principal proposition is aimed at enabling and supporting businesses to achieve success beyond expectations” says Sian Pryce, the business’ Managing Director.

“Over the last 20 years I have led businesses to substantial growth by remaining agile, focused and driven. In this time, I have seen how challenging it can be to stay ahead of customer and regulatory demand. Through Rhino Contract Services we aim to change this, offering a scalable way for businesses to implement intelligent inbound and outbound solutions.

“Mark and I have joined forces as we possess a complementary range of skills and experiences that focus around contact centres, outsourcing, managing sales and operations. We will use our in-depth knowledge of systems and processes to ensure maximum profit and performance for our clients.”

Mark Cann, Director of Rhino Contract Services, boasts many years of experience running call centres and sales teams, excited to be heading up this new business.

    He says:

“We are thrilled to already be working with all types of businesses in various sectors, providing targeted, results-driven B2B and B2C telemarketing campaigns for them. Having welcomed some fantastic new businesses on board during our first month, we are now actively recruiting for talented salespeople to join our team. We anticipate a team of 100 by Q2 2020.”

Rhino Contract Services is part of Rhino Group Holdings, a collection of successful businesses owned by Andrew Roberts. This group includes national recruitment agency, RhinoRecruitment.com which covers the Construction, Manufacturing, IT, Commercial and Financial Services sectors
