Property and asset management company, FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) has announced that only one unit remains at Springvale Industrial Estate in Cwmbran following continued high demand for its industrial space in South Wales.

FIREM’s Court Road Industrial Estate in Cwmbran, just a short drive away from Springvale, is now also fully let.

The news supports figures produced by the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) which show that demand for industrial space in South Wales is soaring, with take-up reaching a total of 959,917 sq ft over 84 deals in the first quarter of the year alone.

Unit 54 at Springvale Industrial Estate is a predominantly open-plan 11,328 sq ft warehouse / manufacturing facility with modern office accommodation and dedicated parking in a prominent location on the site, which is situated just a short distance from the A4042 and all the amenities of Cwmbran town centre.

Existing tenants on the popular estate include Saint Gobain Building Distribution Limited and Rentokil Initial UK Limited.

FI Real Estate Management is also currently taking enquiries for space within Ty Gwent, a 35,287 sq ft self-contained office building at nearby Llantarnam Business Park. Suites are available from as little as 100 sq ft, with plenty of secure on-site parking.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “We’ve seen continued demand for quality industrial units and refurbished office space across our property portfolio in South Wales over the past year. This is only set to increase further as we fully emerge from the restrictions of the pandemic.

“We remain wholly committed to Cwmbran’s industrial and office market and will continue to invest in our presence in the town in order to provide existing and prospective tenants with the space and facilities they need to thrive.”
