A stretch of the A48 in Cardiff is affected by heavy surface water this morning, with police urging drivers to slow down and take extra care.
According to South Wales Police, the issue is on the section between the University Hospital of Wales and the Llanedeyrn interchange. The build up of water is making conditions tricky and motorists are being reminded to adjust their speed and leave extra room for braking.
Officers have thanked road users for their patience while the weather clears and conditions improve.
