    PureGym continues expansion plans with new gym in Bangor

    PureGym, the UK’s largest gym operator, is delighted to announce the opening of a brand new gym in Bangor, North Wales! The opening of the state-of-the-art gym marks the latest step in PureGym’s ambitious expansion plans across the UK and will extend its current provision of flexible, affordable fitness in Wales.

    Located near to the Menai Centre on Garth Road, PureGym Bangor Wales will open its doors at 12pm on 18th of November. Members will have access to the c. 12,700 sq. ft. gym 24 hours a day, seven days a week through their low-cost, zero-contract memberships that cater for everyone’s fitness needs with:

    • Hundreds of pieces of state-of-the-art equipment
    • A functional zone, free weights area, fixed resistance, cardio equipment, and a fitness studio
    • A huge range of classes, all included within the membership price.
    • Certified PTs available to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals
    • Free parking

    The new gym will be a fantastic facility for the people of Bangor and the surrounding area, supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of its members through the provision of high quality, low cost fitness facilities around the clock.

    The opening of PureGym Bangor Wales will create 8 new jobs in the local area, providing a fantastic opportunity to join the PureGym team and advance a career in the fast-growing fitness industry. There are still some live vacancies for Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches at PureGym Bangor Wales, key roles that help to deliver the best fitness experience for our members.

    At PureGym we are always on the lookout for people who want to turn their passion for fitness into a career through the PureGym Personal Training Academy. Not only does this programme equip candidates to become certified PTs in just 14 weeks, it guarantees them a job at the end*. Our PT Academy also provides ongoing PT business support and opportunities for career progression into management roles.
