International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of Royal Voluntary Service (RVS), has sold the freehold of its former building in Cardiff, to Remoda Ltd for £1,075,000.

The detached two-storey building comprises 10,155 sq ft of high quality office space. The accommodation provides a mix of open plan and glazed partitioned offices, as well as a board room. Externally, there are 54 parking spaces and solar panels on the roof.

Located on Beck Court in Cardiff Gate Business Park, the site benefits from easy access to M4 (J30) and a number of amenities, including an Ibis Hotel, day nursery and a Motorway Services Area. Nearby occupiers on the park include Regus, SSE and International Baccalaureate Organisation.

Martin Thomas, joint founder of Remoda Ltd, comments: “We have been waiting for the right opportunity to buy in the Cardiff Gate development and with our design and build expertise, we are excited to transform the space into a modern mixed office environment.”

Gary Carver, director of office agency, Savills Cardiff, adds: “We are glad to have completed the sale of this property on behalf of the Royal Voluntary Service. The property is located in South Wales premier business park and serves as the perfect location for a variety of businesses to expand and also serve their clients.”
