A stunning ground up refurbished South Wales valleys end of terrace house for sale at auction is sure to catch the eye of a discerning buyer or investor.

The eye-boggling six-bedroom, three bathroom ‘Tardis’ of a designer renovated house in the village of Blaenrhondda even has an extensive garage workshop at the rear.

Angie Davey, of South Wales based Paul Fosh Auctions who are selling the head turner of a property, said: “The moment you see the outside of the house you know that there is something special going on inside.”

Angie says. “The South Wales valleys are experiencing a bit of a renaissance at the moment and if there is a house which epitomises this renewal movement it is this one, at number 12, Blaenrhondda Road.

“The house is not far from the bustling town of Treorchy, twice winner of the  town with the Best UK High Street, with its eclectic mix of independent shops and intriguing coffee bars and attractions.

“With accommodation spread over three floors and far-reaching views across the mountains and countryside, this spacious end of terraced house has been renovated to a luxurious specification.

“On the ground floor is the lounge/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room with integral appliances, laundry room and shower room. On the first floor are four bedrooms and a four-piece bathroom and on the floor above there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.

“Outside there is a front garden and a rear courtyard garden with decked balcony and large garage, with useful rear lane access. There is double glazing/gas central heating (not tested).

“The property, which has a guide price of £244,000-plus, is to be sold with vacant possession. Given the tourism in the area the property could provide a premium holiday let income in addition to the possibility of a long term let.”

Blaenrhondda is a village in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, lying at the head 0f the Rhondda Fawr valley. Blaenrhondda is a village and part of the community of Treherbert. In the hills above Blaenrhondda lies Blaenrhondda Road Cutting, a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

The house, along with more than eighty other properties, is being sold by Paul Fosh Auctions at its online sale which starts on Tuesday, August27 and ends from 5pm on Thursday, August 29.
