NatWest Cymru has teamed up with one of the UK’s largest communication service providers to ensure Welsh businesses don’t miss out on the technological revolution.

Wrexham-headquartered Moneypenny UK uses state-of-the-art technology and its 600-strong workforce to support the call requirements of over 225,000 businesses including Google and Amazon. Every year it handles over 15 million calls and online engagements.

Alongside NatWest Cymru it is staging five events throughout Wales kicking off in Wrexham today (September 12). Each event will share practical advice on the latest technologies and how you can use them to meet and exceed your business’ needs and expectations. Free to attend, the events are open to a maximum of 50 delegates at each location so organisers are warning businesses to book their places early.

The five free events are at:

    • 12th September – Wrexham
    • 18th September – Cardiff
    • 19th September – Swansea
    • 20th September – Carmarthenshire
    • 25th September – Aberystwyth
    • 27th September – Llandudno

Julia Perry, one of NatWest Cymru’s Business Growth Enablers, said:

“This event will provide businesses with so much more than the usual business jargon and blue sky thinking. You’ll be taken on a journey that identifies the challenges we all face as busy enterprises: staying agile; forever thinking big, but acting small; remaining at the forefront of change – by looking beyond our own environments; and harnessing latest innovation and technologies to make our businesses sharper and even more effective.”
