Mark your calendars for Thursday, 1st May, as we gear up for the seventh annual celebration of Wales’ thriving fitness community. This year’s prestigious black-tie gala will be hosted by none other than Jonathan Millard, one of the UK’s leading boxing MCs, at the iconic Hilton Hotel, Cardiff. It promises to be an unforgettable night, spotlighting the stars, innovators, and game-changers shaping Welsh fitness today.

    This year’s award categories include:

    • The Welsh Fitness Awards Champion 2025 (selected from the winners of the categories above)

Founder Wesley Skene shares his excitement:
“The Welsh fitness industry continues to grow in strength and significance, becoming a driving force in our economy and advancing the frontiers of sports science. With thousands employed across Wales and the success of the third Welsh Fitness Expo behind us, it’s clear fitness is pushing Wales forward on multiple fronts. These awards are our way of celebrating the leaders, athletes, and passionate individuals who make Welsh fitness world-class!”
