The footbridge adjacent to Pwll Y Pant Roundabout in Caerphilly will be re-installed on Friday 20th January. A road closure and diversion route is scheduled to start from Friday night at 8pm and will remain in place until 6am Saturday morning. Residents are being asked to share their views on whether Monmouthshire County Council should charge a council tax premium to people who own long-term empty properties and second homes in the county.
