South Wales Police is investigating the death of a 45-year-old woman from the Plasmarl area. Police were called to an address in Idris Terrace at 6am this morning (Saturday 22nd October). A 35-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of her murder. He is currently being held at Swansea Central Police Station. It is believed those involved are known to each other.
