Wales has seen a significant drop in the value and number of fraud cases taken to the Courts, with only ten cases totalling £4.1 million being taken to court in 2020 compared to 17 cases totalling £17 million in 2019. The average value (between £250k-£1m) of each case was also lower in 2020 than compared to 2019. The perpetrators of 90% of the frauds in 2020 have been men, most of whom were career criminals. Daring to imagine a world without homelessness, Llamau, supports young people, women and children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The Football Association of Wales can confirm that Jayne Ludlow has left her post as the Cymru Women’s National Team Manager by mutual consent. A new survey from NatWest has found that over a quarter (28%) of people in Wales don’t feel financially secure or believe they have enough money to live comfortably and afford essential payments (e.g. groceries, utility bills, mortgage and rent payments) in the current Covid-19 climate. A woman who died following a road traffic collision which happened on the M4 in the early hours of Saturday morning has been named as Suzanne Regan, 51, from Neath.
