The body of Harry Baker, 17, from Cardiff, was found at Barry Intermodal Terminal, Wimborne Road, Wednesday, August 28, at around 5.50am. These were some of the findings that were found following an inspection at 36 Taff Embankment in Grangetown when officers from the Shared Regulatory Service visited in January this year. The property was occupied by five unrelated people which means, by law, that the landlord required an HMO license to rent the property. There was no HMO License for this property in place.
