Officers investigating a road traffic collision in which a three-year-old boy was seriously injured, are appealing for any witnesses to come forward. South Wales Police was called to the incident on Garth Avenue, Glyncoch, Pontypridd, shortly after 4.30pm yesterday (Sunday, September 22). The child, a pedestrian who lives locally, was taken to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, where he remains in a critical condition. Speedway is returning to the Welsh Capital this Saturday for the Adrian Flux British FIM Speedway Grand Prix.
