City Hospice, Cardiff’s local hospice, is one of four chosen charities taking part in the capital’s inaugural Inflatable 5K this summer. On 27 June, participants of all ages will bounce, slide and laugh their way through the world’s largest inflatable obstacle course at Heath Park. The course will consist of giant inflatable obstacles, foam and challenges for all abilities.
