GoCompare, based in Newport, South Wales, has announced a significantly enhanced parental leave policy, effective immediately, following information gathered by its Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Following a parenting workshop that the company held recently to understand what matters to existing or prospective parents, GoCompare has decided to immediately change its approach to pay in all family-related policies.
