John Hitchman Small pleaded guilty to 19 offences at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on May 1, 2026, following an investigation carried out by Shared Regulatory Services. More than 5,000 counterfeit cigarettes, tobacco products and cannabis vapes have been seized from a shop in Roath, Cardiff, following a police raid. According to South Wales Police, officers attended the premises after witnessing suspicious activity.
