Just one month one from its launch, Cardiff’s Refill Return Cup scheme is celebrating strong results, with more than 2,500 cups borrowed and a 97% return rate from eco-conscious coffee lovers across the city. According to new data from Savills, Cardiff office take-up in Q3 2024 has reached 146,000 sq ft, representing a 122% increase on Q3 2023, an 84% increase on the five year average and an 11% increase on the 10 year average.
