Security Solutions Wales has merged with leading fire and security counterpart Plexus FS in a landmark six-figure deal.

Security Solutions Wales, a well-established business founded over 20 years ago by brothers Rob and Mike Paull, will continue to operate under its existing name and retain its offices on Cross Hands Business Park.

“This is a great opportunity for our company,” said Rob Paull. “We are delighted to be able to offer our customers the extensive range of systems and support provided by Plexus FS, one of the largest independent fire and security businesses in Wales.”

Plexus FS, headquartered in Swansea, has experienced significant growth since its inception in 2016. The company now operates across the UK, working with some of the largest public and private sector organisations, including universities, port authorities, and councils. This merger marks the beginning of an accelerated growth plan for Plexus FS, as explained by managing director Ross Adams.

“We have ambitious plans for Plexus, and one of our strategies for growth is through the merger or acquisition of local, well-respected businesses,” said Adams. “When we realised Rob and Mike were open to merger talks, we were excited by the opportunities for both businesses.”

Security Solutions Wales is a well-known brand with a solid reputation, offering a range of safety and security services, including CCTV, fire safety systems, and intruder alarms, to both commercial and residential markets.

“Both Rob and I will continue in the business,” said Mike Paull. “We look forward to working with the Plexus FS team and taking Security Solutions to the next level.”

This merger not only secures the future of Security Solutions Wales but also promises to enhance its service offerings and market reach, benefiting customers across West Wales and beyond.
