Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co is pleased to announce the sale of Roomours Hotel with private car park in the coastal town of Llandudno, North Wales.

Roomours Hotel offers luxury accommodation with ten en suite guest bedrooms, a large dining room, a comfortable lounge and a welcoming bar serving an extensive range of refreshments, including locally produced ales and spirits. All rooms have been recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard.

Following a sale process with Chad Jackson at Christie & Co, the hotel has been purchased by Andy and Clare Jones, signalling their first foray in the hospitality sector.

Andy was born and raised locally, having built his career as a specialist ornamental lead craftsman. Clare, originally from Bury, has enjoyed a successful career within the education sector and, following their recent marriage, is joining Andy to live and work in Llandudno.

Andy and Clare Jones, commented, “The former owners have created something truly special, and we are excited to build on their wonderful legacy. We are already thoroughly enjoying welcoming and hosting guests and ensuring every stay is memorable, comfortable, and filled with the warm hospitality they’ve come to expect. We are delighted to have received lots of positive feedback, and our strong desire to constantly improve dictates that we are driven by the evolving needs of our customers and the tourism market in general. We are measuring ways to improve our sustainability and ensure environmental, social and governance factors are integrated into our core strategies.”

Chad Jackson, Business Agent – Hotels, who handled the sale process, added, “We are delighted to announce the sale of Roomours Hotel, Llandudno. This sale provides further evidence of a buoyant and resilient North Wales market. I wish the new owners every success.”
