Due to overwhelming success, Run to Rave, the unique event that blends fitness, fun, food and fundraising, is returning to Tiger Yard in Cardiff Bay – and this time, it’s here to stay!

Starting from 7th June, Run to Rave will now be a monthly event, taking place on the first Saturday of every month.

Each Run to Rave event kicks off at 10am with a 5km fun run around the beautiful Cardiff Bay barrage. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or simply looking for a fun and active way to start your weekend, this run is perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

After crossing the finish line, participants will head back to Tiger Yard for a chance to dance off any aches to throwback dance classics, spun by Tiger Yard’s in-house DJs.

To refuel after the run, Tiger Yard’s resident street traders will fire up the grills from noon, offering a delicious variety of street food options that are sure to satisfy hunger and help runners refuel. The bar will also be open serving coffee, cocktails, beers and soft drinks.

Tickets for each event are available from £5, and each one includes a donation to Calon Hearts, a charity dedicated to improving heart health across Wales.
