People buying homes with a Wales Postcodes for less than £225,000 will pay no tax, under new measures announced by the Finance Minister. The threshold for paying Land Transaction Tax is being increased from £180,000 and the change will come into force from 10 October. Providing vital support to Welsh start ups during a challenging economic period, the British Business Bank’s Start Up Loans programme has expanded to include start-ups that have been trading for up to three years and second Start Up Loans are now available to eligible businesses that have been trading for up to five years.
