The man who died at an address in Cimla on Wednesday, October 2nd has been named as 66-year-old Wayne Pugh. Officers were called to assist ambulance colleagues at the property on Talbot Road at approximately 10.30pm. Mr Pugh’s family has issued the following statement:  “The family of Wayne are devastated with the sudden loss and ask for their privacy to be respected at this difficult time.” A 54-year-old man who was arrested in connection with the death has been released on bail pending further investigation. A police boss went back to the future when he stepped in to protect a vulnerable man being abused by a couple – earning the praise of the chief constable in the process.
