RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information after six guinea pigs were left abandoned in a bag in Barry. The six guinea pigs – of varying ages – were found in a Lidl bag in a layby off Port Road on Saturday (14 September). They were found by a member of the public who contacted the RSPCA. Talented hairdresser Phoebe McLavy has overcome dyslexia to accomplish her dreams in competitions around the globe. Phoebe, 20, who works for Morgan Edward salon in Carmarthen, was selected to represent the UK at the WorldSkills International competition in Kazan, Russia, in August, where she walked away with a bronze medal. Bus passengers heading into Cardiff city centre on Saturday September 21st are getting travel advice ahead of Speedway at the Principality Stadium. [aoa id=”1″] In order to keep travel disruption to a minimum, Cardiff Bus is alerting customers to road closures, route diversions and bus stop changes being put in place in the city centre from 3pm until 9.30pm.
