The nasal spray that saved the life of multi-million selling American pop star Demi Lovato should be carried by every police officer in North Wales, according to the region’s policing boss. Welsh firms’ hiring intentions increased to their highest level in four months in September, boosted by rising optimism about the economy, according to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.
