Welsh firms’ hiring intentions increased to their highest level in four months in September, boosted by rising optimism about the economy, according to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking. Cardiff Blues are delighted to have agreed a partnership that will give young rugby players access to leading facilities at the University of South Wales (USW). A police boss has urged local businesses to support a boxing club that’s helping to combat anti-social behaviour on a once-troubled housing estate.
