Helping to boost footfall and support traders, plans for a major new development in Swansea city centre have taken a big step forward. Planning consent has now been granted for a public sector hub building at the former St David’s Shopping Centre site. The development will include commercial floor space for shops and restaurants, with the council occupying office space above with a range of other public sector partners. Three men have been arrested following drugs warrant in Llanberis this morning. Officers attended an address in the Dol Eilian area on Friday November 1st, following an investigation by the Neighbourhood Policing Team. Three men including a 20-year-old from the Llanberis area, a 19-year-old from the Runcorn area, and a 57-year-old from the Bangor area were all arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and possession of class A and B drugs with intent to supply.
